Data we process
- Order data
- Name, delivery and billing addresses, email, phone number (optional), and the ordered items with their canton, design, colour and size. We need this data to embroider, ship and invoice your order.
- Payment data
- Payments are processed by Stripe using the payment methods shown at checkout. We never see or store complete card details — we only receive payment confirmation.
- Technical data
- Our central application logs contain the time, requested path, request type and result, processing duration, a shortened IP network and a limited technical browser identifier. They are used for troubleshooting, security and abuse detection and are deleted within 30 days. We do not store complete IP addresses, cookies, login credentials or payment data in these logs.
- Shop statistics
- For internal analysis, we log page and product views and items added to the cart. Product actions include the product and canton; cart actions also include the selected variant and quantity. For signed-in customers, these events may be associated with their internal user ID. They are stored in our central application logs and follow the same retention period.
Sharing with third parties
Your data is not sold or used for third-party advertising.
Local storage
Your cart, favourites and language are stored locally in your browser. We use necessary, protected session cookies for sign-in and protection against forged requests (CSRF); JavaScript cannot read them. Your confirmation of the cookie notice is stored locally in your browser with its timestamp and is valid across all languages for 180 days. The notice reappears afterwards or if you clear your browser data. We currently do not use marketing cookies.
Data retention
We keep order and billing data for as long as required by law — ten years in Switzerland for business records. We delete enquiries as soon as they are no longer needed.
Security
Your data is transmitted in encrypted form. Only the people and companies handling your order can access the information they need for that purpose.
