Returns

Each item is embroidered individually for you, and nothing is held in stock. For that reason, we do not accept returns, but we will fully replace your order if something is wrong with it.

Replacement or refund
  • Embroidery fault: the design is crooked, incomplete or incorrectly stitched.
  • The garment has a material defect or an open seam.
  • Incorrect delivery: a different size, colour or design from the one you ordered.
  • The parcel has been lost.
No returns or exchanges
  • You chose the wrong size — please check the size guide first.
  • You chose the wrong garment or embroidery colour.
  • You change your mind after delivery: the embroidery has already been made.
  • Garments that have been worn or washed.

Report a problem

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if possible, with your order number and photos. You do not need to send anything back: we will re-embroider it free of charge or refund the amount.

Care instructions

Embroidery lasts longer than a print; it just needs a little different care. Follow these tips to keep the design looking crisp for years.

General
Our garments combine comfort, style and durability, making them suitable for everyday wear and creative projects.
Washing
Wash in cold water with similar colours to preserve the garment’s appearance and feel.
Drying
Tumble dry or hang to dry to preserve the fabric and embroidery quality.

The backing on the reverse

There is a thin stabilising layer on the inside of the embroidery. It keeps the stitches in shape during embroidery and is not meant to stay there permanently — it comes away in the first wash, or you can carefully peel it off.
